Acer’s touchscreen Chromebook will debut in the UK this March, the company has said.
Asked on Twitter when the device, released in the USA and France last December, was likely to hit British shores, the official Acer UK account replied:

The C720P notebook features an 11.6-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1366×768. All other features remain the same as the non-touch base model released last October.

Acer announced a new ‘Moonstone White’ version at the Consumer Electronics Show this month.

Based on the price differential between the non-Touchscreen Acer C720 in the US and UK the C720P, which sells for $299 in the USA, should cost somewhere around £250.
Despite Chrome OS’s tailoring towards touch Acer remain the only company to take advantage of it in consumer devices (the Pixel is aimed at developers, not Joe Public).
