Toshiba, Acer and HP — just three computer makers to have unveiled new Chromebooks over the past few months. But would you want to own any of them?

touch tile

That’s the question we’re asking in this week’s poll.

Leaving aside the obvious choice of the Chromebook Pixel, arguably the best Chromebook made so far, we want to find out which of the current crop of consumer Chromebooks is the one you consider most desirable.

Is it the Toshiba Chromebook 2 with its Bay Trail CPU, slim frame and IPS display?

Do Acer’s and HP’s Tegra-toting models stoke you with excitement? Maybe you’re more of a touch fan, coveting the flexible Lenovo N20p convertible?

Your Favourite Chromebook

To keep the poll manageable – we’re not conducting a survey – there are a few things to note.

Firstly this is a ‘wish list’ question. We’re not listing each model’s individual configurations separately. So vote for the Acer Chromebook 13 whether you would buy it with 2GB or 4GB, HD or FHD, 11-inch or 13-inch. It’s the overall model we’re interested in, less the specific specification combination that suits you.

Secondly this is only a list of each OEM’s latest model and it does not include models yet to be formally announced.

Finally the question asks which current-generation Chromebook would you buy. If you would not purchase any of them you’re not being asked to vote — hence there being no “I wouldn’t!” option.

Provisos done, let us know your Chromebook crush below. Do feel free to share your vote and reasons why in the comments — it’s always interesting to know what experiences and expectations others have!
